Today, we launch Ethos to reinvent how we access human expertise.
Companies search for distinct, credible and relevant expertise every day. But expertise is scattered everywhere, from unstructured public web data, to the wealth of knowledge in people’s minds.
Without ways to evaluate expertise at scale, this search is challenging.
Ethos changes this. We’ve built a platform that scours hundreds of millions of profiles at lightning speed, evaluating a plethora of expertise, from academic papers to code, portfolios to podcasts.
This powerful technology underpins our ability to match the right person for every opportunity.
We start by reinventing expert networks, matching experts to clients with AI. This dramatically improves the experience for both Clients and Experts:
Clients can find uniquely relevant experts in minutes, meet experts anonymously on-platform and extract insights from their transcripts.
Experts can discover paid opportunities relevant to all of their knowledge, not just what is written on their CV, and earn royalties for citations of their knowledge.
